  Llantrisant McDonald's has to be the slowest drive through. I have tried it at various times even early morning. Very slow.

  Lobby staff are very helpful and keep the place clean and tidy even through busy times but the new system doesn't help when wanting to have a fast food service it's actually slower than previous methods. I don't mind waiting for my food longer than normal if only it was what I ordered and more importantly hot and fresh. What I do like about any McDonald's restaurant is all this said if your order isn't correct or hot or fresh it's no problem for it to be rectified without fuss and that's why I will continue to use them.

  ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING hygeine the place was a rat hole my food went straight in bin wen i recieved it! From what i seen last night this place needs closing its a MAJOR health risk!!could only get 1 pic of the floor as battery died but the counters/prep areas/ are alot worse!!! Bits of food in every crevice of eveything FILTHY!

  Visited Saturday night and to put it bluntly I seen less hair in a hairdressers. Huge hair ball rolling around the floor behind the counter!! and public toilets have cleaner floors than this place. Staff walking back and forth this hair ball and not one picked it up, waited 10minutes for a latte, which got chucked as Hygine was atrocious! won't be returning and quite frankly I don't think this place should even be open!
